The Role:

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, and hungry to learn individual to join our team. As a Spanish Speaking Operations Specialist, you will join a global team helping to support and streamline our pre-sales operations. Your primary focus in this role will be to support the LATAM sales executives with customer and campaign data entry into Salesforce, while prospecting new leads and qualifying them for the LATAM sales executives. 



  • Proficiently utilize Salesforce, with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines

  • Work closely with the inside sales organization to find new prospects

  • Follow Sojern sales processes, products, pricing, and cross-functional operations

  • Develop internal relationships with stakeholders such as Sales, Account Managers and Product

  • Own Salesforce or Excel data entry for Contacts, Products and Schedules of the assigned Sales Opportunities


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in Spanish - Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in business, marketing, or a related field)

  • Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a “no excuses” attitude

  • Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently & cross-functionally

  • Must have strong written & verbal communication skills as this is a client facing position

  • Must be comfortable and competent in communications to veteran sales representatives 

  • Possesses the drive to participate and succeed in the growth of an extremely fast-paced, exciting company

  • Hands-on experience using is a plus

  • Digital Marketing experience a plus
