Description

 

Job Summary

 

Need to be Qualified Charted accountant

Need to Travel to other cities when ever required

This position will be a part of the

Financial Planning and Analysis team. Key responsibilities include Long Range

Strategic Planning, Budgeting, MIS and Financial reporting, Addressing Investor

reporting requirements, revenue and expense forecasting, Operational &

Financial metrics analysis and reporting.

 

Principle Accountabilities:

 

1.    

Developing deep understanding

of the entire business function of the organization to drive efficiency and

process improvement.

2.    

Handle financial and analytics

data and reporting.

3.    

Responsible for timely and

accurate development of monthly forecast and MIS to Senior Management and

Investors.

4.    

Understand and develop the

Annual Operating Plan for the organization.

5.    

Working with cross functional

teams to understand their processes and metrics and contribute to efficiency

improvement.

6.    

Own and drive key business

projects with cross functional teams.

7.    

Drive targets with Business

teams and help them with gap analysis and improvement plans.

8.    

Assist with ad-hoc analysis on

various projects for FP&A Head and VP Finance.

9.    

Assist in development of

Business Plans and Decks to be used by Senior Management.

10. 

Deliver and manage Business

 

scorecards for Senior Management working with the Finance leadership team.
