Job Responsibilities:


1.  Responsible for developing new alliance partners with the objective of for driving business growth across payment partners, banks and other synergistic brand partners across relevant categories

2.  Driving growth strategies and joint business planning with existing alliances partners by delivering value/consumer experience to consumer

3.  Brand building alliances to increase relevant brand awareness traffic and new customer acquisition numbers, increasing brand awareness

4.  Working closely with the cross-functional team across product, marketing and finance to create a strong consumer experience with alliance partners

5.  Working closely with the marketing team to develop GTM plans for new and existing alliances

6.  Monitoring progress on key business metrics and activities



Person should have

1.  Prior experience in handling alliances / business development for consumer businesses (preferably in the technology sector) or business development role

2.  Strong team coordination & leadership skills with ability to coordinate across functions and organizations and ensure the brand’s agenda is carried out

3.  Strong influencing skills and ability to arrive at win-win solutions

4.  Good analytical capabilities



Candidate Profile

1.  Qualification – Any Graduate

2.  Additional Qualification - MBA

3.  Industry / Sector – Technology Sector / Retail Sector/ Service Industry Candidates with B2B sales/ alliances experience are preferred.


4.  Experience- 2-4 Years
