Exabeam is hiring a motivated Social Media and Customer Marketing Manager who will play a central role in our marketing outreach. With a focus on activating our influencer community—from employees and partners, to customers and industry experts—this role is responsible for creating and promoting compelling content that attracts followers, demonstrates social proof, generates engagement, and ultimately builds trust in the brand.
The Social Media and Customer Marketing Manager will define and execute the strategy for Exabeam social media channels, plan and manage the creation of customer case studies, and manage production of video content including customer and partner stories, corporate videos and podcasts. The role involves interacting with customers and community members, coordinating with third party vendors, writing and editing, and working closely with cross-departmental team members.
This person lives and breathes social media. They’re an energetic, customer-focused, articulate individual with writing and editing experience. Strong communications skills are essential to this role. The ideal candidate is digitally-savvy, innately curious and creative. This role is based at the Exabeam HQ in San Mateo, CA and reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing.
