What excites you

    • Own all facets of People Operations including benefits administration, onboarding, mobility, immigration, employee relations, LOA, and compliance
    • Design and implement People programs, policies and workflows that are efficient, scalable, and compliant across our global offices
    • Establish a shared service model for People Ops and determine what responsibilities are global and which are local
    • Educate leadership and the business on areas of risk and proactively solve issues that may arise as we scale  
    • Launch and maintain a ticketing system that answers employee questions quickly and effectively
    • Use data to guide your decision making, whether it’s time saved automating a process or the ROI of delivering a great experience
    • Build and lead a team of generalists and specialists that are knowledgeable, driven, and deliver impeccable customer service
    • Partner effectively with our compensation, payroll, systems and analytics team teams to ensure our processes meet business needs

What excites us

    • 7+ years experience leading People Operations at a global tech company
    • Experience with business process creation and change management at a company with a
    • People-first mentality
    • Experience with ADP, Workday, ZenDesk, and Confluence
    • High level of ownership, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a penchant for documentation
    • Broad knowledge of employment law, immigration, and employee relations
    • Bachelor’s Degree required  
    • SPHR preferred
