What excites you

    • Own the philosophy, design, implementation and scaling of a global compensation and reward program that effectively motivates and retains great talent across a diverse workforce
    • Design a positive compensation experience for our employees that allows them to clearly understand their compensation across the entire employee lifecycle
    • Run regular compensation reviews end-to-end, in line with our performance reviews
    • Analyze our benefits spend and design, and make recommendations for improving ROI
    • Build and maintain a dataset of offers to provide real time market views
    • Partner with function leaders to explain our rewards programs and answer compensation questions
    • Partner effectively with our finance team on payroll, stock administration, and forecasting efforts

What excites us

    • 7+ years experience as a Compensation or Total Rewards Analyst at a global tech company or top tier consultancy  
    • Impeccable communication skills; able to explain complex ideas in a simple, clear manner, deftly answer challenging compensation questions, and connect with a variety of audiences from our Board members to our employees
    • High level of responsiveness, excellent time and deadline management
    • Passion for building a better compensation experience for employees
    • Experience with a variety of compensation planning tools and HR systems
    • High level of ownership, organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a penchant for documentation
    • Broad knowledge of market trends and compliance related issues
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
