Account Manager at IFTTT
San Francisco, CA, US

As an early member of the team, you will be leading commercial relationships with our top brands and customers. This role will be focused on communicating the value we provide, developing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while growing the overall value of the relationship between IFTTT and your customers.

What you will do:

Drive business value and measure ROI for your customers

Design and execute on value roadmap for your customers

Serve as the primary contact post-sale, beginning at on-boarding and taking full ownership through the entire customer lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, & upsells

Be an expert on the IFTTT platform product from the business user perspective so as to become a trusted advisor for the customer

Build strong executive and business user relationships with IFTTT’s largest & most strategic enterprise customers

Serve as the primary contact post-sale, beginning at on-boarding and taking full ownership through the entire customer lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, & upsells

Set up and drive executive & quarterly business reviews with the customer

Evangelize the IFTTT vision by expanding our presence among our largest and most valuable

customers.

Help us define and implement a successful account management strategy

What we are looking for:

5+ years of post-sales account management experience successfully owning a $MM portfolio of large enterprise relationships with deep technical/product needs

Account planning, sales execution, and a strong ability to uncover customer pain points

Excellent in business, and written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner for both executive and end-user audiences

You are flexible, learn quickly, and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills in Salesforce, Google, Microsoft and Apple programs

A desire to be a part of a small team and make a big impact

A willingness to grow and adjust course quickly in a dynamic team
