We are growing quickly and are excited to solve the next frontier in unifying growth marketing. We’re searching for the next member of our Sales team out of our San Francisco office.

The role:

The Sales Development Director  will generate outbound opportunities and qualify inbound leads for our Enterprise Account Executives globally. You will partner with our brightest minds to develop an outreach strategy that will support our hyper growth. You will not only be an outstanding coach of SDRs but will also understand how to implement and ensure the execution of repeatable processes that allow the team and total pipeline numbers to scale rapidly. SDR Director reports to our CRO.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Inspire and empower your team to test ideas, learn fast and iterate to build an effective outbound machine
  • Partner with marketing to effectively respond to inbounds with proper messaging and strong SLA to increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing to build programs and onboard tools to scale our processes globally
  • Align the sales development team goals with broader business goals to drive maximum pipeline impact
  • Coach the team to improve verbal and written skills, sales processes and strong knowledge of product
  • Create and manage SDR quota and incentive structures
  • Analyze Outreach activity and report on weekly metrics in Salesforce

 

Preferred Skills:

    • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing lead generation teams
    • Proven track record in outbound/cold outreach  sales
    • Experience growing hiring and developing a world class SDR team
    • Experience with CRM solutions: salesforce.com preferred
    • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
    • Deep understanding of generating pipeline through outbound activity
    • Consistent track record of quota overachievement as an individual contributor
    • 2+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS- plus
