Job Description


  • Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries and forward to team as necessary
  • Help audit and update employee records in HRIS system
  • Maintain records by uploading documentation from DocuSign to employee folders
  • Draft and send communications to employees around policy changes, meetings, and events
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to People Operations team
  • Assist with coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews
  • Help schedule and organize employee meetings, activities, and trainings
  • Coordinate catering for company events (Townhalls, Quarterly meetings, etc)


  • Bachelor’s in Business or Communications preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
