What's the opportunity?

The documentation team at Zenoti is called the Customer Education team as writers here don’t just write. They Educate!


As a member of this team, you will have an exciting charter of owing "modules" of Zenoti and responsible for deliverables that provide "Just in Time” and Just in Case" help. The deliverables will include help articles, short videos, guided tours, tooltips, user experiences, and training material.


What will I be doing?


  • Asking plenty of questions so you understand not only how something works, but also why it matters to the people using it
    Writing beyond the obvious and educating customers on Why and How
  • Mentoring writers and reviewing their work to ensure the deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Acting as the customers’ champion and figuring out the best way to get customers the information they need
  • Planning, strategizing, and building solutions and user experiences using WalkMe to provide "Just in Time” and Just in Case" help
  • Sending weekly reports on the performance of the Help Center, Content Relevance Rate (CRR), Content Effectiveness Rate (CER), and performance of WalkMe
  • Analyzing the usefulness of content by reviewing "conversations handled by Bot" and making appropriate changes
  • Delivering Instructor Guides

What skills do I need?

  • Experience: Has a minimum of 10+ years of experience and preferably has the experience of leading a team of writers
    Self-starter: Is a highly motivated individual who believes in taking ownership of any assigned work and is a total team player
  • Not afraid of change: Loves working in a fast paced environment and does not mind the ever-changing scope
  • Works outside the box: Is comfortable doing new things and willing to look and work beyond the usual accepted and defined standards.
