As the Sr. Marketing Manager of Demand Generation & Digital Marketing, you will oversee digital acquisition programs for Qubole. You will manage all paid digital and account-based-marketing campaigns, working across the organization and with external agencies, and have the opportunity to be a major contributor to the growth of the company.  
 
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced culture alongside sales and marketing teams, executives, partners and customers. You should be self-motivated, well-organized, proactive in understanding business needs, and taking initiative.

What you'll be doing

    • Build and execute acquisition programs aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets, including but not limited to paid digital, ABM, demand generation campaigns, and co-marketing partner programs
    • Oversee the timely execution of campaigns, including messaging, creative assets, targeting, budgeting, scheduling, etc.
    • Communicate all marketing plans, activities, and feedback through regular communication and follow up to Sales organization
    • Cross collaborate with other marketing and sales channels – sales, partner marketing, product marketing, website, email, social, customer references and others to execute programs
    • Manage lead acquisition to ensure smooth lead hand-off for nurturing and follow-up post campaign
    • Track program results, measure program success, and report metrics via SFDC and presentations to stakeholders and sales teams

Required experiences and skills

    • B.S. or B.A. degree in Marketing or related field
    • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand gen, digital marketing, account-based marketing, and developing and executing integrated campaigns
    • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing (Paid Search, Display, Social) and the paid media marketplace
    • Proficient in building and managing campaigns in Marketo
    • Demonstrated understanding of KPIs across the buyer journey and customer lifecycle
    • Proven success running paid search, paid social, paid display and content syndication across multiple channels and platforms, as well as optimizing websites for lead generation
