The Director of Customer Strategy and Data Insights for Bluecore is a leadership role responsible for helping our customers grow by leveraging the Bluecore Retail Performance Cloud platform to provide valuable customer insights and deliver strategic client engagement services, all the while fostering growth for the Customer Strategy & Data Insights team. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, marketing and data Insights; and serves as the subject matter expert and advisor to our team for advanced uses of the Bluecore platform. The Director will also assist our dynamic sales teams by creating campaigns that drive new business growth.
