Starting off with just 2 neighbourhoods in Bangalore, we are now present in over 70 locations PAN India and are only looking to grow further. More than 50,000 restaurant partners leverage Swiggy to reach new customers and increase their sales. Every order delivered by Swiggy’s fleet of over 1,20,000 Delivery Executives, the largest in India, ensures a host of customer-centric features, while ensuring we provide unparalleled convenience for our customers.
Ø You’re going to be in-charge of bringing restaurants on board our portal
Ø This task will include liaising with the Sales team to get the prospective restaurants.
Ø Followed by a visit to these amazing restaurants and asking them to dish out their favorites.
Ø While you sample these mouth-watering dishes, a photographer would be taking their photos.
Ø You’ll also need to collate information that helps us conduct business with these restaurants with the photos and information in your arsenal, you now become the On-Boarder for that restaurant
Ø As an On-Boarder, you thus have end to end ownership of a restaurant at swiggy.in with this ownership comes the immense responsibility of ensuring smooth business with your restaurants
Ø In addition to this, you’ll also need to train new hires and show them the ropes
Ø Working in coordination with the other teams you’ll have to ensure an appropriate turn-around time for every task, thereby improving our equity with restaurant owners and consumers.
Ø Full time Graduate from a reputed college.
Ø Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
Ø Willingness to travel 2-3 days a week (Within city-limits and using appropriate transportation).
Ø Comfortable owning projects without hand holding.
Ø Basic MS Office knowledge.
Ø Good judgment when it comes to managing these restaurants.
Ø Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
Ø Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment meeting deadlines.
