Description

 

Program Manager – Consumer Experience – Swiggy.com

Responsibilities:

 

  • The candidate will work with City Heads to drive city specific experiments, track NPS and other CX impacting KPIs on a regular basis.
  • The candidate will be responsible for all cities in a region and work closely with city teams.
  • The candidate will be owning NPS improvement of the region and work in tandem with City teams to create a deep-rooted sustainable customer centric culture.
  • The candidate will problem solve CX impacting issues, monitor improvement and measure impact of experiments
  • The candidate will program manage all city experiments in the region, will have customer centric POV and align city initiatives to enhance City and region NPS
