Description:

As the Account-Based-Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll act as the go-to expert on the Global Sales Operations team partnering with our Global Marketing and Global Sales teams to execute against the Account-Based-Marketing (ABM) plans and campaigns. You’ll work to correctly identify the key decision-makers at target accounts, maintain contact records and account details, personalize messages and direct mailings / gifts, and collect response data to understand campaign performance. You’ll actively contribute to the development of new relationships at both prospective and existing clients and ultimately help drive millions of dollars in incremental sales pipeline. 

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented task-master who works well across teams and understands how to speak / write / message to clients at every level of an organization. This role is based in Omaha, Nebraska, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, and will enjoy visibility and exposure with the Marketing, Sales, and Biz Ops teams. 

 

The role:

  • Partner across sales teams globally to ensure data integrity for Account and Opportunity level contacts, titles, email addresses, physical mailing addresses, and other information critical to the execution and success of Sojern's Account-Based-Marketing (ABM) and other targeted marketing and sales programs

  • Own ongoing Salesforce integrity of contacts, leads and other related ABM objects/records.

  • Build 360 profiles of top ABM contacts and get to know their public personas, quoted business objectives, industry speaking preferences, and relevant company news

  • Support execution of packaging and personalization including handwritten messages and shipping / delivery to clients

  • Coordinate / track the execution of sales and executive communications for top ABM targets who should be invited to the calendar of Sojern events and industry conferences

  • Collect campaign response data (both quantitative and qualitative), produce reporting on ROI and new pipeline creation

  • Help build prospecting and proposal presentations via gathering relevant slides, screenshots, researching information to be included and/or providing input and support of presentation layout, content and format

  • Ensure ABM ROI data is accurately represented across internal systems and reports

 

What you bring to the table:

  • BA or BS degree

  • 2+ years of career experience in marketing operations, communications, and/or analytics

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Salesforce.com 

  • Comfortable with managing high-volume data entry, handwritten notes, and mailing address verification with strong accuracy

  • Must have strong written & verbal communication skills as this is a client facing position

  • Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a “no excuses” attitude
