Description

Create the visual voice of the Torch brand across marketing and product teams.). Collaborate closely with members of our content, brand, product, sales and engineering team to deliver inspiring design for all types of marketing assets, including web, email, social, PDF, and PowerPoint and Ensure that the visual experience of our software platform is both delightful and effective. Help us visualize an experience that inspires leaders to enjoy working on behavioral change.

Objectives

    • Create designs that clearly communicate our values and message.
    • Help build, maintain and evolve our brand guidelines.
    • Design print and digital marketing materials including print ads, web ads, booklets, landing pages, microsites, blogs, eBooks, email marketing, social media graphics and powerpoint presentations.
    • Work cross-functionally to better understand the product and our target audience to craft and deliver consistent digital, print, and physical assets.
    • Proactively work to set expectations and balance your workload across multiple projects.
    • Collaborate with Product team to keep brand cohesion.
    • Help design the user interface for product.

Competencies

    • 4+ years professional experience working on marketing materials for the software industry.
    • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Google Slides.
    • Good understanding of designing content for social media platforms and the limitations/opportunities of each (Facebook ads, Twitter, and Instagram).
    • Experience in print and layout design with strong typography skills and a clean visual design.
    • Experience in video editing and motion graphics suites, such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Passion for creating a brand experience and incorporating the latest design trends, as well as finding innovative and effective ways to tell stories visually.
    • Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to handle multiple projects.
    • Product or UI experience is a HUGE plus.
    • An excellent portfolio ready to share with us.

    • Title: Graphic Designer.
    • Will report to Head of Marketing.
