Lumosity is a world-leading brain training program with over 95 million users and almost 5 billion games played. Lumosity is bringing modern mindfulness practice to our large audience. We’re integrating the best of traditional teachings, neuroscience, and engaging design to create a compelling experience that inspires real practice and learning. The project is young and this is a great opportunity to help drive what we build. Over time, the Director of Product will have the opportunity to become the General Manager of the project. As GM, they will be responsible for the success of the overall project: They’ll own the P&L and manage all aspects of the business (product, design, engineering, and marketing). It’s a rare opportunity to be able to step into a CEO role of this business unit within Lumosity.

YOU WILL

    • Motivate and lead a multi-disciplinary team that includes PMs, Engineers, Designers, Marketers and content developers.
    • Drive the product and business strategy for a new product in a fast growing market.
    • Manifest that vision and strategy in a high quality product that engages and benefits the user
    • Work with design, engineering and marketing to drive improvements to user experience and monetization
    • Work closely with the CEO and founders of Lumosity

YOU HAVE

    • Extensive experience in a product management role for consumer Internet products.
    • You have developed strong PM skills
    • An interest and ability to both work on high quality rich user experiences and drive growth optimization projects
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize between a diverse set of projects.
    • Desire and ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
    • Strong project management skills, and ability to drive a team to regularly deliver user value.
    • Experience and interest in a mindfulness product
