About the role

Manager - Digital Marketing



Key Requirements:

  • Proven analytics experience of over 5 Years+
  • Core working knowledge of Google Adwords and Facebook Paid Ads
  • Core experience in App Marketing and App set up
  • Core experience in Google Analytics and advanced excel
  • Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives
  • High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns
  • Experience in working with Google Tag Manager Setup and Implementation
  • Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge
  • and at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • English communication skills are a bonus



Pure Performance Marketing

1. Identifying client objectives and creating paid marketing projections with KPIs set MoM/WoW

2. Core understanding and executing abilities to set up all accounts & optimization practices

3. Daily/Weekly/Monthly efficient tracking and optimizing accounts as per client objectives

Reporting and Analysis

1. Strong Analytical approach for understanding & evaluating areas of improvement/optimization per given account

2. Core data interpretation skills to answer scalability/account optimization queries & requests

3. Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution

4. Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns

5. Performing ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimisation consultancies for clients and influencing conversion

optimisation strategies with solid analytical data


Analytical & Technical

1. Delivering regular reporting and analysis documentation for clients

2. Providing consultancy on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking

3. Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues and propose

methodical optimisation tests, both on-site and campaign based

4. Spotting potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedure

5. Collaborating with the different teams to enhance client reporting and performance measurement and conduct


detailed analysis work when required
