Position Overview
Exabeam is looking for an energetic Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team!  The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the explosive growth of Exabeam.  The Sales Operations Manager will assist the Sales and Channel Organization with operational support and insights into the business.  This role will be located in San Mateo, CA.

Responsibilities

    • Business Partner with Channel Leadership to support the organization
    • Define and implement channel operational processes that align with the broader sales operational processes and initiatives
    • Prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Partner performance for Senior Management
    • Partner Portal Administration to support deal registration, partner applications, and partner training
    • Develop a deep understanding of the business and use data to build insights and recommendations
    • Collaborate with team members to support the high growth business needs of the organization
    • Support growth initiatives across functional teams and geographies
    • Perform adhoc analysis for Partner initiatives, incentives and programs

Qualifications

    • 5-8 years’ experience in sales strategy, business operations, forecasting and/or analytics
    • BA/BS in Business Administration or related degree required
    • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Partner Portals, certifications a plus
    • Experience in high growth company environments
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and prior experience with modeling and analysis.
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
