Position Overview
 
Exabeam is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Recruiting department. The
incumbent will be an ambassador for our candidates as well as Exabeam’s hiring managers. This
highly visible role will work to ensure that our processes and systems are developed and
running like clockwork. As a face of Exabeam, it is expected that this
person strives for greatness in all he/she does. We are looking for people that can move the
needle and want to make an impact.

Responsibilities

    • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and interviewers throughout the entire interview process. 
    • Schedule technical interviews, video interviews and onsite interviews. 
    • Coordinate all candidate travel arrangements (flight & hotel) and submit reimbursements to accounts payable.
    • Act as primary contact and host to candidate and interviewers, communicate interview details and adjust interview schedule as needed.
    • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (Lever). 
    • Collaborate and assist the recruiting team in ongoing process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Prior recruiting coordination experience necessary
    • Meticulous organization skills and attention to detail
    • Hands-on Applicant Tracking System (Lever, Greenhouse, Jobvite) experience.
    • Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Aps
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
    • interested in eventually growing into a full-cycle recruiter
