Ritual’s Senior Influencer Marketing Manager will grow the future of the Ritual brand through people. More specifically, they will be responsible for our paid and earned influencer program, including acting as a leader in customer and community development. This role is essential, and highly integrated cross-functionally. They will lead efforts focused on partnerships, strategy, and relationships with all influencers. This includes anyone who can influence and audience, including, but not limited to: scientific experts, health and fitness experts, celebrities, ambassadors, bloggers, branded accounts, creators, and customers. Anyone can be an influencer. Influencer objectives touch many parts of our business, and this person’s toolkit includes storytelling, brand development, community building, and new customer acquisition. The overarching mission of this role and function is to build trust in Ritual. How Ritual gets there is up for the right candidate to determine—we’re looking to establish a unique and highly engaging approach.
