Essential
The Program Manager is an essential member of the program management department. This person will be responsible for managing creative projects from concept to completion, collaborating with the program management team large cross functional projects (also none as programs). The ideal candidate will clarify project scope, develop timelines, manage deadlines and communicate update and shifts to requestors. We want this person to continuously optimize how we look at projects company-wide, and influence workflow processes (retrospectives, toolboxes, etc.). What You'll Do

    • Perform core project management tasks such as resource management,building timelines, gathering requirements, coordinating routines/meetings, reporting status and facilitating post mortems.
    • Track creative projects through all phases from incoming request through approvals and ensure distribution of final deliverable is on time and on budget.
    • Facilitation creative prioritization discussions with marketing and creative teams to ensure we are working towards business objectives.
    • Collaborative with VP of Program Management to develop and champion process and workflows to drive efficiencies and a healthy work environment.
    • Collaborate with cross functional team ( e.g marketing, supply team to develop and execute and large cross functional projects plan.

What You Need

    • Education: BS/BA. Equivalent experience also accepted.
    • Experience: 4-5 years of project management in the creative space working various mediums (print, digital, social, consumer goods packaging etc).
    • Previous start-up experience, Sketch and Certified Scrum Master certificate is a plus.
    • Ability to manage complex and multiple priorities at one time.
    • Strong ability to work independently and can provide examples of total project ownership from start to finish.
    • Ability to think strategically and provide practical guidance to team members across various media (print, web, email and social).
    • Ability to interpret brand/marketing and needs and communicate them back to the Creative team.
    • Hands on experience building and maintaining project plans with project management systems  (Asana, JIRA, MS Project, SmartSheet, or similar project management platforms).
    • Proficient in MS Office, Keynote, or similar.
    • Organization, attention to detail, flexible and a high degree of collaboration.
