Avetta is currently growing rapidly and we are looking to drive our revenue & bottom line by hiring an all-star Sales Department. The Sales Recruiter will be the point person for all things recruitment and talent acquisition for our Revenue Generating department. This includes recruiting for the following positions:
- Sales Leadership Team
- Regional Sales Manager
- Account Managers
- Sales Development Rep
- Telesales & Inside Sales
- Solutions Consultants/Engineers
Marketing & Brand Recognition
Our Sales Recruiter will create our brand presence by revamping our careers site, creating candidate presence on our Glassdoor and Linkedin page. You will get to partner with our Marketing Team to create campaigns to go after hard to find talent.
Job Descriptions & Success Profile
You will partner with the hiring managers to create a success profile to clearly identify the personality, education, and skillset we need for each Sales position. This includes identifying the success metrics, competencies, & “must haves” for each position. Your writing skills are superb and you’ll capture the essence of the role with your descriptive language.
Career Coach & Talent Management
Every candidate you speak to is a potential employee who will grow and get promoted. You’ll know who has potential to grow to even a bigger role at Avetta.
You’ll partner with the People Operations team to creatively launch some internal culture activities in order to differentiate us from the competitors. Google and Amazon got ‘nutting on us!
Training & Development
Once the candidates have accepted, you’ll partner with the training team in order to ensure all your new candidates and on-boarded and have the skills to sell and pitch the product.
