About the Role

The Integrated Marketing Manager will oversee a number of end-to-end consumer marketing initiatives across the Uber platform. The role is highly cross-functional in nature, collaborating with the product marketing teams, key regional marketing leads, creative directors, external media and creative agencies, and more to set the strategy and creative direction for key product launches and corporate initiatives. This role will report into the Head of MarCom Initiatives Marketing and will be based in SF.

What You'll Do

  • Lead integrated marketing planning and strategy across a number of high priority initiatives across the Uber platform
  • Lead the Integrated marketing communications (IMC) process in collaboration with key cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, Channel teams, agencies, etc.) to deliver an integrated marketing strategy, plan and calendar for these initiatives
  • Craft integrated marketing strategies and briefs for major launch moments and campaigns and work with key stakeholders for input and alignment
  • Ensure consistency of key product and brand messaging globally, encompassing approved value propositions, marketing messaging hierarchy, RTBs, and approved creative direction

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or relevant experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, brand strategy, agency, or related consumer-focused role.
  • A passion for brand and product storytelling, with experience in synthesizing data and creative content into cross-channel strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, provide breakthrough thinking and strategy, and function effectively in highly dynamic environments
  • Strong project management skills, being detail-oriented, timely, and being able to identify dependencies to drive projects to completion
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills
