About This Role:
- As an Enterprise Solution Architect you are directly responsible for ensuring Enterprise customers get their business needs met while utilizing Talkspace existing capabilities or building new ones.
- You will lead the technical aspects of the relationship with the customer - both pre and post-sale. You will build customer trust in Talkspace by proposing technical solutions that address the customer goals, concerns and objectives.
- You will work closely with our Enterprise team and provide support in sales, implementation processes, and account management as the technical lead of the team.
