Director of Demand Generation at Torch Leadership Labs

Support Torch’s go-to-market strategy by owning the execution of our paid, social & programmatic channels and optimizing performance to drive leads and meet our revenue goals. 

Objectives

    • Establish, manage, and report on core KPIs for each channel, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, and paid social
    • Run lean experiments to test, iterate, learn and scale channels as well as key partnerships
    • Analyze channel performance and optimize budget accordingly
    • Manage paid advertising budget across channels to drive leads into the top of our funnel
    • Collaborate closely with our brand, content, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes
    • Collaborate with in-house designers and content creators to produce creative for campaigns (i.e. social ads, landing pages, eBooks, videos)
    • Provide strategic input into go-to-market strategy, including identifying opportunities to launch new channels for user acquisition and/or pursue growth marketing activities

Competencies

    • 5-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in a pipeline generation role
    • Experience managing performance-focused paid acquisition campaigns
    • Expertise in demand generation, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and digital marketing.
    • Deep knowledge of campaign management software for relevant channels, including Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, and Linkedin Campaign Manager
    • Highly quantitative and comfortable analyzing data and drawing actionable insights to inform strategic direction
    • Ability to make a big impact with small budgets
    • Track record owning and reporting on quantifiable KPIs
    • B2B SaaS background a plus
    • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or other sales and marketing software preferred
    • Able to exhibit cultural competence in terms of race, gender, sexual orientation, spirituality and socio-economic backgrounds.
    • Coaching experience preferred: Has been a recipient of coaching or currently performing professional services as a coach. If no coaching experience, having received therapy would be a plus.
    • Healthy performance mindset: Has a strong work ethic and driven to perform at the highest level. Balances physical and mental health in order to perform at such a level and supports healthy performance mindset in others.
