(Contract) Sr. Technical Recruiter at Minted

Reporting to the Director of Talent, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic recruiter who knows it's all about the full experience and not just about butts in seats/orders filled. You are a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. You are highly responsive to our candidates as well as our hiring managers. You will be partnering with our engineering managers to find all flavors of engineers (QA, full-stack, front-end, etc.) as we build for the future. While your primary focus will be filling eng, you are an incredibly flexible recruiter who can be tapped to assist with other roles as needs arise. You will impact and be a key driver of the following:

    • The full-cycle recruiting for your roles, creating innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talent to Minted.
    • Development and execution of fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
    • Relationship building - quickly establishing and building rapport and trust with the hiring managers and candidates to effectively and expeditiously close roles with top talent.
    • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
    • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to drive process and team improvements.

What you bring to the table:

    • 5-7+ years of proven in-house/agency full-cycle tech recruiting.
    • BA/BS (Business, Communications or related field) or equivalent work experience.
    • Proved track record of successful partnering with engineering leaders to find top notch technical candidates
    • Passion and ability to identify quality engineering candidates and deftly close them
    • Attention to detail, high ability to maneuver fluidly with changing priorities
    • Grit, grace, and a fire in your belly
Bonus Points for:
- Experience recruiting in an eCommerce and/or retail space
- Knowledge of Lever or other ATS
