Reporting to the Manager, Merchandising Operations “Merch Ops”, the Merchandising Operations Designer will play a critical role supporting the Merch Ops art team with core product launches to support our global community of independent artists. This role supports the end-to-end product launch process, from reviewing artist submitted artwork, maintaining the Minted brand, optimizing designs for a high quality customer experience on our website, and preparing designs with technical standards to meet print quality and fulfillment needs. This role will partner with various individuals and teams within the Merchandising, Product Management and Artist Relations departments.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented person with a ‘roll up the sleeves’ attitude in delivering results, extreme organization skills, comfortable with multitasking and tight deadlines, and a passion for designing and standardizing processes. This position will provide business operations and design experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting thousands of artists who participate in Minted’s community.
