Leanplum is looking for a highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO is responsible for all revenue generation globally.
 
Reporting directly to the CEO, and supporting the CRO on a daily basis and the teams supporting them, you will coordinate and co-manage scheduling and arrangements of most meetings, some communications, and all other tasks as needed, and be at the ready to assist in matters that require their attention. Strong oral, written and organizational skills are a must. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in supporting VP/C-level executives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You are high energy with a can-do, approachable attitude, yet you are a mature professional gifted with the ability to handle challenging and confidential situations with grace, tact with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

    • Proactively maintain calendars and daily schedule, fielding and prioritizing requests
    • Handle emails and communications for the CEO/CRO, and thus, communicate with both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy -- this is a significant part of the daily activities of this role.
    • Organize CEO/CRO management, all hands meetings, leadership meetings and offsites.
    • Provide leadership and support for: logistics, A/V, invites, agenda, slide decks, catering, meeting notes and action items
    • Function as the primary interface from the CEO to the Board of Directors and the board members Executive Team
    • Manage all travel planning and expenses for the CEO/CRO in a proactive, fiscally responsible manner
    • Manage monthly expense allocation and credit card reconciliation for both CEO/CROEnsure and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documents
    • Organize and update the CEO’s/CRO’s files (hard-copy and electronic) as neededManage CEO’s/CRO’s ad-hoc projects
    • Support the CEO’s/CRO’s leadership team as needed on special projects
    • Attend meetings, document discussions and distribute action items, as necessary
    • Coordinate and host group meetings, meals and management team off-sites
    • Work with CEO’s and CRO’s staffs to expedite and improve cross-team communication
    • Maintain a positive and effective working relationship with all members of the Leanplum teamWork on special projects with other members of the Executive Team

Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years working experience with at least 2+ years of proven success supporting VP/C-level executives in a fast moving and high growth environment
    • A strong sense of urgency, follow-up and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Extremely flexible and able to shift priorities frequently
    • Highly professional, organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and maintain professionalism
    • Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and to constantly re-prioritize
    • Must be able to work on-site daily in our SF office, plus off-hours availability for questions, meetings, projects and/or errands
    • Focus on providing excellent customer service to all internal and external contacts
    • Superior oral and written communication skills
    • Outstanding project and event management skills
    • Highly competent with all Google Suite applications and MS Office applications
    • BA/BS degree desired
    • Experience working in a tech/SaaS environment is preferred
