Office Manager at Modsy

  • Responsible for keeping the office fun, functional and comfortable by maintaining an organized and tidy office, and occasionally updating and decorating

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival and provide a positive in-office experience

  • Managing various vendors to keep the office and kitchen fully stocked and running smoothly

  • Maintaining a budget for office related expenses

  • General support for the team including scheduling and travel management

  • Managing inbound/outbound mail

  • Assist HR with onboarding of new employees

  • Interface with building management when necessary

  • Planning and helping to manage regularly scheduled and occasion based team events

  • Supporting other company-wide projects as needed

Requirements / Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Past experience providing team administrative support and event planning

  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office

  • Fun and upbeat personality. You are warm, welcoming, creative, resourceful, tech-savvy, and quick on your feet!
