We are seeking a highly professional Bilingual Patient Service Representative to join our team at our corporate office in Glen Rock, PA.
The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for timely and professional communication with patients and clients. This includes providing accurate information regarding services, appointments and the facilities.
The Patient Service Representative will serve as the primary position for inbound and outbound call management.
Customer service regardless of call purpose is the top priority for the call center ensuring a timely and professional interaction.
Available to answer and make calls based on set guidelines within the call center structure.
Supports and endeavors to promote a positive work environment.
Escalates calls as needed based on the patient/client interaction to the appropriate party.
Provides timely and accurate communication regarding the daily schedule to the facility staff which assists in a providing an excellent service experience at the facility.
Provides reports as requested by management and escalates any concerns regarding service, schedules or other components to management.
Adheres to and complies with all federal and state regulations, labor laws by the staff notwithstanding the HIPAA Security Act and Final Rule as well as abiding by the Blue Cloud code of conduct and compliance plan. Completes all training mandated by Blue Cloud.
Seeks to provide service excellence through proper call management and open communication with manager and team.
Tallies all calls to document purpose for reporting purposes.
Participates in training sessions, utilizes materials and is responsible for understanding changes to the work flow, services or facilities.
High School Diploma/ GED;
2 to 3 years of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment or high-volume physician office setting;
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.
OTHER Full time, day shift, Monday through Friday, shift may stagger for time zone coverage.
