The Owned Brands Team
Grove’s “Owned Brands” consist of the products we build from the ground up and capture the essence of Grove values; effective, beautiful, sustainable. Whether they carry the Grove name or that of one of our other owned brands, every aspect of these products is held to a very high standard, from the decision to add them to the assortment, through the formulation and all the way to the messaging of the products to the Grove community. 
 
The Role
The Owned Brands Coordinator will support the team in aggressively driving forward product development across categories including cleaning, personal care, wellness and more. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Owned Brands, the Coordinator will provide organizational support, oversee all sampling (tracking, review, feedback), liaise with the creative team on photo needs, and take on any ad-hoc tasks required to build standout products. This position will never be dull - managing dozens of different projects, reports, suppliers, etc. will be the norm.

The Opportunity

    • Manage/track/request all samples and keep sample room organized
    • Oversee the sampling process - circulate new samples to the team, get feedback, aggregate all information to deliver to vendors
    • Liaise with creative team for all photo needs
    • Assist in new vendor onboarding
    • Own all new product set-up in inventory and back-end systems
    • Send shipments to vendors, partners, etc. as necessary
    • Conduct competitive marketplace analyses
    • Assist with weekly business reporting to track against our KPIs Conduct customer surveys to support new product development
    • Work with our community happiness team to provide educational support for new product launches
    • Assist with managing and updating product development timelines
    • Own Grove’s Ambassador program - coordinating cross-departmentally and with vendors to obtain customer feedback prior to a product’s launch
    • Whatever else it takes to make the Owned Brands Team great!

About You

    • 1-2 years experience with a retail or manufacturing company preferred
    • You are a team player and high-energy self-starter that has a persistently positive attitude, even dealing with unexpected events
    • You are highly organized and able to concurrently manage and prioritize multiple projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills - can communicate clearly, concisely and effectively with internal teams and external partners
    • You have an extreme attention to detail; care tremendously about quality of work
    • You work with a sense of urgency, and understand the need to stay on track for all projects, to work efficiently and to respond in a timely manner
    • You're passionate about working at a mission-driven B Corp
