Senior Global Supply Manager at Omada Health

Want to work on a product that combats chronic disease and helps people live happier, healthier lives? As Global Supply Chain Manager, you will be Omada’s device and supply chain expert, ensuring our participants have the tools they need to reach their health goals.

You will establish and manage vendor relationships, and keep our supply chain running smoothly. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers, to ensure our devices consistently deliver the intended user experience. You will also coordinate with Operations, Finance, Clinical, Sales, and vendors to ensure our device offering is always ahead of the market and fits our business needs. We expect you to proactively identify areas for operational improvement and own related projects end-to-end.

Your Impact:

  • Vendor Sourcing
    • Evaluate suppliers (US & Asia) and drive final supplier selection in partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Legal teams
    • Drive negotiations and contracting to establish vendor relationships
  • Vendor Management
    • Lead the day-to-day process of ensuring successful partnerships (milestone adherence, change order management, quality assurance, cost control, etc.) and build supplier performance assessments to support future sourcing decisions
    • Determine appropriate business splits between vendors
    • Provide accurate forecasts, issue POs, and track on-time, on-budget, and on-spec deliveries
    • Coordinate with Support team to track and report device issues to suppliers
  • Operations and Supply Chain Management
    • Partner with Operations and FP&A on supply chain strategy, roadmap, and capacity planning, ensuring suppliers can meet Omada’s technical, business, and demand requirements
    • Monitor inventory levels and projections to make informed purchasing decisions
    • Optimize supply chain for cost, efficiency, and risk minimization
    • Implement appropriate software and processes
    • Identify cost-savings opportunities across the supply chain, including: device costs, packaging costs, and shipping costs
  • Product Experience
    • Partner with Product and Corporate Strategy on device roadmap
    • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and build device participant experience, including: Packaging design, device design, device integration, device fulfillment, and device related content.
    • Partner with Support to design trouble-shooting protocols, and clear, concise support comms and resources
  • Customer Experience
    • Support device marketing strategy
    • Send devices to commercial team and customers
    • Lead communications around change-management involving devices
    • Maintain expertise/knowledge of market trends including rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structures, technical improvements and competitive landscape

We’d love to talk if you have…

  • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management (medical device experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience designing/redesigning supply chain and logistics processes and programs to build capacity and/or increase efficiency; Strong ability to look forward, forecast, identify constraints
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to solve at the intersection of stakeholders’ needs
  • Skills in strategic sourcing, financial and business opportunity analysis, and contract negotiation (development, supply, licensing, and service agreements
  • Excellent analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Comfort with making quick, informed decisions with 80% information
  • Ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders. Comfort zooming in and out from details to strategy

  • Familiarity or experience with FDA certification processes and regulatory requirements
  • Experience using Tableau or similar BI platforms
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations
