- Serve as the final escalation point for the team's critical services, including Google G Suite, Project Management tools, and Slack
- Drive projects to completion and participate in team Scrum activities (Stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and team retrospectives)
- Engage with business partners to rapidly create and deliver solutions both for incidents and evolution of our environment
- Distill discrete project requirements in a rapidly-changing environment and defend best practices in proposed solutions

- Previous experience designing and performing cloud-to-cloud migration projects with your hands on the keyboard performing the work
- Comfortable with consuming RESTful APIs for SaaS applications, including those that may be completely new to you
- Experience with engaging vendors regarding critical issues, enhancements, and roadmaps
- Experience operationalizing and standardizing the support framework of applications at scale via the creation of high-quality technical documentation and the design of policies, processes, and procedures
- Experience building highly-detailed project proposal and implementation documentation
