Associate Account Manager








Sojern is looking for a confident, curious and adaptable Junior Programmatic Account Manager to join our Paris Commercial Team. You will play a key role in delivering exemplary performance and service for our clients, retaining accounts and growing revenue.

You should be able to take on personal responsibility and be adaptable to the shifting priorities of client management. A desire to deliver a high standard of work is essential, as is a sense of fun and camaraderie. 

Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s campaign-management experience and a good track record of strong performance, internal stakeholder management, issue identification and problem solving. You must have excellent time management and communication skills, and an ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. You will get regular support from your manger and regular training to ensure you can handle your day-to-day tasks as well as grow professionally in your role

  • Assist Account Managers in the end-to-end implementation and execution of programmatic campaigns for our clients

  • Support on the day-to-day project management of communicating pace and performance, optimizations, troubleshooting, campaign launches, and reporting

  • Own the QA process across all campaign activation, minimising error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process

  • Build an understanding and knowledge of campaign performance that allows you to provide recommendations to ensure account satisfaction, renewal and overall commercial growth.

  • Analyse and review campaign data via internal dashboards to get campaign insights and actionable data

  • Work with a consultative approach to support and collaborate with internal teams across the business including Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Media buying, Technical operations and Senior Management

  • Assist with on-boarding new clients

  • Manage and support the booking processes for new campaigns

  • Assist with the cross-selling and up-selling of campaigns through the delivery of exceptional performance and customer service


What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. (Economics, Finance, Marketing etc.)

  • 1 – 2 years’ work experience in Digital Advertising or Programmatic Campaign / Account Management.

  • Knowledge or understanding from working with a DSP (Appnexus, DV 360, MediaMath etc) and/or Adphorus or other social media platforms is an added bonus

  • Excellent communication skills. You can build rapport with others and know how to get your point across in a clear and concise manner

  • Confident and energetic; flexible and adaptable; organised and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Analytical and inquisitive. You enjoy digging into the data and details to solve problems and find improvement opportunities

  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Professional proficiency in French and English
