About The Role
Primarily responsible for quoting and processing renewal service/subscription contracts. The Contract Renewal Specialist  will work closely with Account Executives, CSM, Sales team, so as to ensure timely renewal success and execution.

Responsibilities

    • Develop an overall account retention strategy leading to a 90+% renewal rate in the assigned territory/accounts
    • Ensure CRM data integrity, using Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ such as forecasting, key activity tracking, etc 
    • Generating renewal quotes 90 days in advance of contract expiration
    • Uncover add-on business opportunities through the renewal sales cycle
    • Contact customers via email to assess customer satisfaction
    • Understand contract terms and conditions, work closely with the Finance team to ensure contracts are compliant
    • Process renewals in accordance with contractual terms and company policy 
    • Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy

Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in a technical or business discipline
    • Minimum 2 years of previous Sales experience in a technology company with direct customer interaction and contract management functions 
    • Experience with renewal quoting and contract processing
    • Effective customer-facing communication & negotiation skills
    • Experience with Netsuite, Gainsight, and Salesforce 
    • Microsoft Excel (ability to create equations/formulas and pivot tables)
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Demonstrated strengths in working with cross-functional team members
    • Attention to details
    • Extremely curious about Sales and Technology
    • Eager to learn new skills and wants to be coached
    • Focused on providing excellent customer service and support
