The Udemy Marketing team is focused on finding, growing and engaging users in pursuit of creating a next-gen learning environment for the workplace. To drive and grow user acquisition in 2019 and beyond, we’re looking for a Partner Development Account Management to join our partner development team, in the marketing organization in San Francisco.  In this role you will manage global partner accounts and would be responsible for the day to day account management operations, including developing, launching and managing partner campaigns, tracking performance, analyzing and reporting. You would also work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, legal, etc., and support the larger partner development team.
As you evolve in your role, you will become the subject matter-expert on anything partner management and development in the marketing function, facilitate the day to day ops, manage budgets and help optimize performance and growth in the channel. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with a matrix organization, have a willingness to learn, iterate quickly, be creative, and hands on. Here is what you will be doing:

    • Drive business growth with existing partners through excellent partner development and account management, across all geos  
    • Oversee operational tasks related to the day to day partner and affiliate accounts’ management, including corresponding and communicating with partners and networks reps, negotiating, setting up and managing promotional campaigns with leading partners, tracking, reporting and optimizing performance
    • Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to align on initiatives and effectively streamline the channel’s day to day operations
    • Facilitate and ensure excellent support for the larger partner development team and other stakeholders

We’re excited about you because you will have:

    • 3+ years of experience with partner marketing or other marketing areas in digital, channel marketing, or demand generation
    • Ideally, experience in startup companies (entrepreneurial skills)
    • Strong relationship management skills to foster, manage, and grow partnerships
    • Ability to work autonomously and manage cross-functional projects
    • Strong problem solving and data analytics skills
    • High energy, collaborative, supportive and positive attitude
