Dremio’s data platform makes it ridiculously easy to discover and query huge datasets regardless of the data’s format and location. Dremio Distributed Querying Processor can query data across on-prem or cloud data sources ranging from Amazon S3, ADLS, RDBMS, NoSQL, HDFS and more. Dremio accelerates the retrieval of data via the use of its proprietary Data Reflections™ which results in retrieval times that are up to 1000x faster.
 
At Dremio we are committed to the open source software model. We are the co-creators of Apache Arrow and many of us have been actively committing to projects for nearly a decade. We use a number of open source projects to build Dremio, including projects we embed in our platform.
 
We’re looking for people with a strong background or interest in building successful products or systems. You’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces, working in a fast paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.

What You Will Do:
 
Full cycle recruiting for Technical Roles — Manage and drive the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance, craft a consistent and extraordinary hiring experience for candidates and internal client groups. 
Solidify relationships with hiring managers in Engineering, Support and QA and various other Job Functions. 
Be a passionate Dremio brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment. You will help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline. 
 

Required Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree 
    • 2-5 years total recruiting experience
    • Demonstrable experience recruiting for software engineering roles
    • Ability to effectively articulate the Dremio value proposition and story to candidates 
    • Ability to cold-call and establish relationships by phone, email, and social media channels 
    • Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle 
    • Authority in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques 
    • A superior work ethic, self-motivated and passionate about technology
    • Working knowledge of ATS tools and recruiting technologies
