As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Madison Reed, you are an ambitious CRM/email marketer looking to have major business impact in a hot D2C start-up by building a best in class customer engagement and retention strategy. You are data-driven, and customer focused, you will own email strategy and execution from end to end driving greater subscriber growth and retention!
In the beginning, The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will manage email engagement and segmentation strategy, triggered lifecycle flows, A/B testing and analysis, and cross functional project management and execution of customer marketing initiatives. In addition, you will report on email and customer-level metrics and make recommendations to improve customer lifecycle performance.
As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager develops within their career, they would contribute significantly to the department and company’s KPI's around reducing churn and unlocking the key of turning prospects into customers and customers to subscribers. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager would work cross-functionally with several departments such as digital product and creative. As this is the epicenter of how we communicate with all different types of customers along their entire journey with Madison Reed. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager would be innovative, exact change quickly & help build/create programs as we expand our omni channel foundation!
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of experience with CRM marketing strategy and execution.
- Expertise in all aspects of email marketing including email design, creative best practices, deliverability, etc.
- A self‐starter who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
- Detail oriented, ability to execute complex segmentation and dynamic campaigns in a timely delivery with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively strategies & results across multi levels within the organization.
- Possess A data-driven mindset with experience running tests and control analysis.
- Customer journey based or subscription marketing background highly desired.
