The Role:

Sojern’s Latin America team is looking for an outgoing, fun and experienced travel industry + online advertising sales professional with demonstrated success developing media sales in Brazil. Come join in on our five years of success in LATAM and help propel us into our next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in travel and digital media, competitive, a team player, service-oriented and a strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to all aspects of the business and have fun while doing so.

You will play a critical role within the company by being our first employee in Brazil, while enjoying the backing of a nimble, flexible and growing global company. 



  • Develop, manage and grow our Brazil book of business, predominantly made up of travel clients.

  • Work cross-functionally with account management, marketing and product teams to develop relevant advertising programs for key clients, targets and their agencies.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Sojern to marketers and drive sales.

  • Exceed aggressive and growing sales targets on a quarterly basis.



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum of 8 years of digital media sales experience including at least two years in the hospitality / travel vertical.

  • Self-motivated; exhibits strong self-management and a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with other people and departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SalesForce.

  • Travel – up to 25%.
