Description

Plaid builds the infrastructure that scales the largest financial applications. From ACH authentication to fraud prevention, we simplify banking problems. We’re a fun, fast growing company located in downtown San Francisco, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to help make sure Plaid continues to be an awesome place to work.
 
The Front Desk role is a 3 month temp to full time hire position.
 

What excites you

    • Greeting external guests and employees at the office
    • Issuing visitor badges and checking in guests
    • Helping to manage office space and work environment including making sure the office is kept clean, organized and in working order
    • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail including preparing, receiving and distributing FedEx, UPS & USPS shipments
    • Helping to execute of office related projects (including office supplies and office decor)
    • Helping with ordering and restocking food
    • Assisting as needed with event planning (including regular social events, external events, game nights etc.)
    • Executing on any ad hoc projects needed on the Workplace Experience team
