Minted is seeking a friendly, adaptable, self-starter Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The Front Desk Coordinator is a key member of the Office Services Team at Minted and serves as the face of the organization, integral in creating a welcoming and on-brand employee and guest experience through our office administration, events, and most importantly, the front desk.  The successful candidate is friendly, detail oriented and proactive and enjoys interacting with people in a fast paced environment.

You will:

    • Welcome employees and visitors with a warm and approachable demeanor
    • Work closely with recruiting and other departments to ensure all visitor experiences are outstanding
    • Ensure that the front desk and reception area is functional, clean, and inviting at all times
    • Manage mail and packages including distributing incoming letters and packages throughout the day
    • Prepare outgoing mail as needed
    • Maintain security by signing in/out guests, creating both employee and visitor badges and ensuring NDAs are completed
    • Ensure that the common areas including the kitchen is clean, organized and stocked with snacks, beverages, and supplies
    • Provide support to on-site events, including creating signage, welcoming/registering guests, and ensuring front of house always looks clean and prepared
    • Assist with set up and clean up as needed
    • Work closely with the Office Manager to prepare for any special events or customer visits to ensure we are well-equipped and adequately staffed
    • Prepare and serve espresso drinks to guests and employees upon request
    • Maintain the expresso machine and bar area including regular cleaning and inventory maintenance
    • Maintain the employee kiosk including ringing up sales, tracking inventory and restocking as needed
    • Perform administrative responsibilities including budgeting, expense reconciliation and employee recognition
    • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed to build a great office environment
    • Be the POC for our in-house Printshop including, cleanliness, inventory, teaching, and maintenance

You have:

    • A high school diploma (required) and bachelor’s degree (preferred)
    • 1-2 years of experience working successfully in a receptionist or support role in a fast paced office environment
    • Exceptional customer service experience with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems
    • The ability to regularly lift 25-35 pounds
