Our marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Manager with a can-do attitude. You will lead, design, and execute the email strategy and tactics that educate prospects, convert customers and create advocates. This is a unique opportunity to run full lifecycle email programs in a fast paced environment.

What you will get to do in this role:

    • Manage end-to-end email and automation: from initiating new emails to building, testing, deploying and reporting on results
    • Contribute to the growth of quality accounts and opportunities through scalable email marketing programs
    • Manage template designs, content, and targeting strategies to activate, engage, and reactivate customers
    • Collaborate with marketing design, brand, and product marketing to determine content strategy and ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails
    • Ensure compliance of spam and privacy laws in various regions
    • Devise meaningful customer segmentation for differentiated marketing messaging
    • Own and manage the prospect email database - constantly exploring new methods to grow and append the data
    • Partner and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing

What you will need to be successful in this role:

    • BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B tech company
    • Proficient with Excel, Marketo (or other tier 1 marketing automation system), HTML and CSS, responsive email design, and cross-browser rendering
    • Eye for creative design and basic copywriting skills
    • Experience managing strategic email programs for carefully segmented audiences
    • Deep understanding of email best practices in an omni-channel environment
    • High attention to detail to QA emails and program operations
    • Proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic insights that drive marketing impact
    • Highly organized, autonomous, but also able to work cross-functionally
    • A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm and driving personal vision
