Description

Neocis is a venture-backed start-up company based in South FL developing the next generation of robotic surgery systems. The team has a successful track record in robotic surgery with top-tier venture capital funding from Mithril Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, and robotic surgery pioneer, Fred Moll. The company has received FDA clearance and is expanding commercialization for its first and only robot-assisted surgical device for the dental industry. It is a ground-floor opportunity to get experience with a high-tech company that is poised to revolutionize surgery.

You will be part of the team that is responsible for key clinical activities like supporting surgical cases and ensuring successful system utilization. You will have the opportunity to work with cross functional teams and be responsible for first-line customer interaction, including the surgeon and their staff. You will play a key role in providing top quality service to Neocis customers.  

We seek a candidate with the following skills and experience:
  • BS degree
  • Experience in a clinical environment using complex medical devices
  • Comfortable working with medical professionals as well as sales, marketing, and engineering
  • Ability to explain complicated technical information in simple terms
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis to support multiple accounts
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing field technical support to current Neocis customers through training and education
  • Work with Regional Sales Director to develop a sales strategy to increase utilization of current accounts
  • Train and develop surgical staff to be proficient in pre, intra and post-operative support of Yomi platform
  • Drive utilization of the Yomi platform by working with customers to identify opportunities for new growth
  • Forecast, plan and execute weekly, monthly and quarterly case volumes
  • Assist with planning and execution of customer education events
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quota for the region
Additional desirable skills and experience include:
  • Clinical sales experience
  • Experience with medical devices that involve a significant software component
  • Familiar with CT scans and 3D imaging
  • Start-up experience
