Plaid is looking for someone to support our engagement with European governments, policymakers,
consumer groups, trade associations, and think tanks. They will work with our policy team to help us navigate and contribute to policies that will nourish an ecosystem that allows consumers to use their financial data to get the products and services they want.
This role requires a strong researcher and communicator who can monitor and report on key policy developments and help engage directly with policy stakeholders to advance Plaid's policy objectives. The role calls for in-depth knowledge of key policies and the ability to represent Plaid in engagements with policy makers, at conferences and forums, and in trade associations. This person should also have an aptitude for navigating complex political dynamics and and understanding how they affect Plaid and our customers. It requires someone who is technically
inclined, who can translate “tech talk” into “policy wonk” and visa versa.
