As a Data Analyst partnering with Omada’s Coaching Team, you will have significant say in what you do and how you do it. You’ll be backed by a team of analysts, scientists, and engineers from a variety of disciplines including epidemiology, economics, statistics, and computer science. You’ll own projects from end to end, translating raw, complex datasets into meaningful insights, visualizations, and stories that help stakeholders in product and operational make critical decisions. 

Establish metrics - Research, define, and communicate success metrics linked to business objectives that our stakeholders believe in and own

Promote ownership - Plan, instrument, and evaluate product and operational features and initiatives as an embedded and trusted advisor to the Coaching Team, using observational and experimental (A/B test) methodologies

Democratize data - Empower stakeholders to investigate and communicate their metrics through simple, lucid data visualizations they understand and trust

Build foundational transforms - Architect, build, and maintain canonical coaching tables to enable faster and more accurate metrics, dashboards, and project evaluations

About you: You are passionate and collaborative in your work. As a data analyst, you are both analytical and abstract. By understanding the business problem at hand you develop the means to approach the problem, and effectively visualize and communicate your results to drive action.
