Description

Our buyer platform allows customers to book free tours & get in-depth info 24/7, get on-demand support from top local agents, and earn up to 1% back when they buy. As an Operations Manager- Buyer Growth you will launch and own operational initiatives to increase the success of buyers as they navigate this journey. You will incubate and then grow and conversion-focused teams that stitch it all together by creating new customer contact points that increases awareness of our tools and empowers them to take the next step in the process. You’ll understand and implement operational solutions to key questions: Where is the buyer in their homebuying journey? What do they need next? How can we best facilitate it?

In this role, you will:

    • Incubate and then grow a team of conversion and inside sales specialists
    • Partner with executives and business partners to drive cross-functional change and alignment
    • Build and scale the organization while maintaining service level agreements and customer response times
    • Own performance for operational initiatives to drive conversion, communicating and reporting to executives
    • Protect and grow our core customer experience metrics
    • Identify and shine a light on operational seams negatively impacting customer experience and conversion and work cross-functionally to improve
    • Gather and synthesize customer insights to help our product and marketing teams deliver a robust online and offline customer experience
    • Prioritize coaching, mentorship and performance management opportunities

We're looking for an individual who has:

    • 5+ years of proven leadership in a sales, growth, or operations function
    • Obsession with customer delight and continually elevating customer experience standards
    • Experience developing and implementing conversion and sales processes and systems through diving into detail and making improvements
    • Proven track record of holding team to high expectations and exceeding targets
    • Ability to operate in rapidly scaling, high-growth environment
    • Consultative sales and conversion acumen
    • Hands on manager with strong coaching abilities
    • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
    • Metrics-focused leader with strong analytical abilities
