Opendoor is looking for someone who is passionate about supporting growth at a growing startup looking to build out a major PHX office presence as we scale.
Working from our PHX hub, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our employees. You’ll work on on-boarding and off-boarding, troubleshooting complex AV issues, and assisting new hires to ensure they are able to operate right away. We have a small but efficient team and are looking for somebody who can help make a big impact on the way we work at Opendoor.
We’re looking for somebody who thrives working under pressure, but also knows how to focus on less stressful aspects of the position. We’re a results driven, high energy team, and we like to have fun in the process.

Things you'll be working on:

    • Troubleshooting laptop connectivity to the wireless network. 
    • Maintaining and managing our growing user base in G-Suite
    • Managing cloud applications in Okta
    • Collaborating with department leads to determine how IT can help solve our biggest technical issues
    • Identifying process improvements within the Service Desk
    • Creating technical documentation, KB articles, and How To’s for the end user self service portal.
    • Getting the big picture for complete understanding of our IT infrastructure
    • Tracking and maintaining our assets within Oomnitza
    • Mentoring our IT Technicians and acting as an escalation point for any complex issues

Must have:

    • 3-4 years experience in a fast paced IT environment
    • Windows experience - we’re a Mac shop but we do have a small fleet of Windows 10(virtual and physical)
    • Knowledge of Windows and Mac automation and remote tools
    • Good understanding of networking concepts
    • Natural problem solving abilities
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to produce results under limited supervision


    • Knowledge of Jamf and Intune
    • Willing to travel to other sites for the occasional IT setup or new office build-out
    • Love for tech at work and outside of work
    • Technical certifications always a plus
