The Role:

Sojern’s Enterprise Solutions team is looking for a driven, outgoing, fun and experienced digital advertising sales professional with demonstrated success of developing, managing and growing a high-opportunity territory.  This Sales Director will be part of our rapidly growing team and will be responsible for growing Sojern’s non-travel endemic and travel endemic clients in Nevada and Pacific Northwest Territories. 

The position requires outstanding prospecting, sales, communication, and organizational skills. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining deep relationships on the client and agency side and must have a full understanding of programmatic digital advertising.   Optimal candidates will have existing ad agency relationships in stated territories and be willing to prospect with purpose and a competitive edge.

The position is full-time and can be filled remotely in Las Vegas or Seattle.



  • Grow current book of travel and non-travel advertisers while simultaneously closing new accounts

  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships internally and externally with clients and agency partners

  • Deliver persuasive presentations that educate the market of Sojern’s value proposition

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales revenue targets (must have fun and approach this with a positive attitude)

  • Travel is required and you must be able to travel whenever necessary 50% travel is expected 

  • Be quick on your feet and seek to have a deep understanding of your prospects and client businesses

  • Keeps a positive attitude and a sense of humor



  • Minimum of 5-years in online ad sales with a responsibility of a $2M - $5M annual quota 

  • Experience working with ad agencies in Pacific Northwest as well as Las Vegas, but will hire talent with a strong track record over a rolodex

  • Track record of developing long-term relationships with a wide variety of clients and agencies

  • Self-motivated and exhibits strong self-management

  • Works smart with a sense of urgency

  • Lives to aggressively compete with unmatched work ethic during the day to strike a strong work-life balance outside the office

  • Embraces the art of customer service and communication

  • Has a great sense of humor

  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with other people and departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in standard business and sales software required

  • Salesforce experience highly preferred and at a minimum embraced

  • Travel up to 50% of the time depending on the month

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
