Minted is looking for an experienced and passionate engineering leader to head our application development teams. Reporting directly to VP of engineering, you will drive technical roadmap, strategic initiatives, and process improvements across all 10 application teams as well as QA engineering. You will work closely with product and business leaders as well as architecture and site reliability engineering teams to strike the balance between project delivery speed and long term stability/scalability of our commerce platform. Minted is in the middle of a dramatic transformation both in terms of business and technology, and as the leader of the largest team in engineering you will be at the center of our effort to uplevel our core architecture and organizational efficiency.
